IFA, established by Joshua To, Tony Stojkovski & Michael Kiprovski, serves as a sanctuary for dedicated footballers. Our mission is to leverage the sport as a platform for our players to pursue professional careers internationally or in Australia, secure academic scholarships in Australia or the US, or develop skills in a highly professional and rigorous environment that will be beneficial in any future endeavours.

 

As a comprehensive football academy, we equip players with all the necessary tools to excel in the game. Our founders, who have personally navigated the path to professional football in Europe, understand the challenges Australians face when aspiring to showcase their talents overseas. We’ve experienced firsthand the scarcity of guidance and resources available to Australians with ambitions of playing abroad.

 

Our journey from Australia to Europe revealed that many of our achievements and perceptions about the game were either misconceptions or held little value. We discovered that being “good enough”, possessing excellent technique, or being selected for the country’s most elite teams or programs doesn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things.

Our training sessions highly prioritize the development of technique and sound tactical principles in game realistic scenarios.
